-my students of YHU3383 Art&Climate-Artistic Practice in the Anthropocene course 

-the students of YID 3229 Climate Hope and Resilience course of Prof. Todd LeVasseur

 

This first version could never really be completed because the available ladders didn't reach to the top of the dome. A simple calculation error. For the performance evening the dome had to be secured with wooden rods and remained potentially unstable.

Geodesic dome, PVC and spray paint, ca 500 x 500 x 350 cm 

The second version was completed by myself with a little help of two students of my course YHU3383 Art &Climate-Artistic Practice in the Anthropocene, after the 180 studs of the dome were shortened by ca. 30%. It securely stood for several weeks and safely withstood any wind gust and rainstorm.
