As our contribution to Die Balkone 2, we decided to hang loudspeakers from the windows and play songs that make us cry, hoping with Albert Ayler that “Music Is the Healing Force Of The Universe”…Visitors and passersby could request a specific song or suggest a song to add to our list by sms or just yell up, and so expand the conversation. We used our windows to display a song title by Leonard Cohen, CHELSEA HOTEL #2. Upon request we shared the playlist which is accessible also here:
